Business phone systems, without the box in the cupboard
A full phone system for your business, run from our servers rather than a piece of ageing hardware in your building. Ten pounds per phone per month, every feature switched on, and nothing to maintain or replace.

What you get
Everything a traditional phone system did, plus the things it could never do. Extensions that follow people home. Calls that route themselves by time of day. Voicemails that arrive as email. A receptionist who can see who is free before transferring.
And crucially, an arrangement where changing something does not involve booking an engineer and receiving an invoice. You ring us, we change it, that is the end of it.
Who it suits
- Businesses still on a traditional landline or an on-site phone system, especially with the 2027 switch-off coming
- Anywhere more than one person needs to answer or transfer calls professionally
- Businesses growing, or opening a second site, where the old system does not flex
- Anyone tired of call-out charges, long contracts and fees that were not mentioned at the start
- Small operations that want to sound properly set up on a small budget
How a call actually reaches you
People ask this constantly, so here is the honest walk-through of what happens when somebody rings your main number.
- Your customer dials the number you advertise.
- The call arrives at our platform rather than at a box in your building.
- If you have an auto attendant, the caller picks an option. If you would rather calls go straight through, we skip that.
- The call routes to one extension, to a group of phones ringing together, or into a queue if everyone is busy.
- Phones ring. That could be a desk handset, a mobile app, a laptop, or all three at once.
- Whoever answers can transfer, park it, or pull in a colleague exactly as on any office system.
- If nobody answers, it goes to voicemail and the recording lands in an inbox.
Every one of those steps is configurable, and changing any of them is a phone call to us rather than an engineer visit.

What is a hosted phone system?
The clever part of a phone system, the bit that decides which phone rings, holds calls and transfers them, used to be a box in a cupboard on your premises. Hosted means that box now lives on our servers instead, and your phones connect to it over the internet.
You no longer own it, maintain it, or eventually pay to replace it when it becomes obsolete.
How many phones can I have?
As many as you need, and you can change the number whenever you like. Adding a phone is a line in software rather than a cable, so a new starter is a same-day job and there is no charge to do it.
Will it work if my internet goes down?
Calls need the internet, so a total outage stops the desk phones. This is why call forwarding matters: we set a rule so that if the office connection drops, calls automatically go to mobiles instead. Your customers carry on getting answered and generally never notice.
Can staff working from home use it?
Yes, and this is one of the biggest practical differences from an old system. An extension is not tied to a desk any more. Install the app on a laptop or mobile and it behaves exactly like the desk phone, including transferring calls back to the office.
Do I need to buy handsets?
No. The apps are included and turn phones and laptops into full extensions. Most businesses still want physical handsets at the desks people actually sit at, which is why they start at thirty pounds and are free above five.
