Handsets
Handsets are bought once, separately from the monthly cost. Plenty of customers start with fewer phones than they think they need and add more later, which is fine.

Business broadband
1000Mb/s with a static IP at £70 a month. Optional.
Optional. The phones work perfectly well on the broadband you already have, so only take this if you want everything on one bill.
Our broadband is not the cheapest in Northern Ireland and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It exists so customers who want one supplier and one bill can have that. If price is what matters to you on broadband, shop around, and take the phones from us anyway.

Common questions
Is that really the whole price?
Yes. Ten or fifteen pounds per phone per month, plus whatever handsets you buy once at the start. There is no line rental on top, no maintenance contract, no support fee and no charge to have features switched on.
The only thing that would ever appear on top is outbound call usage on the Basic plan, which is pay as you go by design, and business broadband if you choose to take it from us.
Which plan should I be on?
If your phone mostly rings inbound and you make the odd call out, Basic at ten pounds works out cheaper. If your team is on the phone outbound all day, Full at fifteen pounds means the bill never moves, which is usually worth the extra five pounds just for the predictability.
Is there a minimum number of phones?
No. We look after one-person businesses and we look after offices of thirty. The price per phone is the same either way.
What about a contract?
Ring us and ask. We would rather tell you the terms plainly on the phone than bury them here in small print.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, prices shown are excluding VAT, as is normal for business services.
